VR racing is the closest you can get to a real race car without leaving the city. At Sim Racing Adelaide you pull on a VR headset while sitting in a full motion racing rig. The room disappears. You are in the cockpit, looking down the straight, turning your head to check your mirrors, judging the braking point by eye. And because the seat moves with the car, what you feel matches what you see.
We are in Richmond, five minutes from the Adelaide CBD. We were the first centre in Adelaide to put full motion and VR together under one roof.

It is the first thing most people ask. The reason regular VR can make people queasy is that your eyes see movement while your body feels nothing. In our rigs the seat moves with the car, so your inner ear and your eyes are telling the same story. Most people are completely fine. If you are unsure, start with a shorter session and our team will ease you in and keep an eye on you.
Everything on the menu runs in VR. Formula 1 cars, GT3 machines, Supercars, Porsche Cup cars, touring cars and rally cars, on circuits including Bathurst, The Bend Motorsport Park, Spa-Francorchamps, Monza, Silverstone, Suzuka and the Nürburgring. Prefer a big screen? Every rig runs without the headset too, so you can switch between the two.

No licence, no experience and no VR background needed. Our team fits the headset, sets you up in the car and can switch on driving assists while you get used to it. Within a couple of laps most people forget they are wearing a headset at all. Kids, teens and adults all race here, with easier cars and fun tracks for the younger ones.
Four rigs side by side means up to four of you can race each other in VR on the same track at the same time. You can see the other cars, hear them and feel the pressure of someone filling your mirrors on the last lap. Lap times are logged, so the argument about who is fastest gets settled for good. Great for birthdays, bucks parties and team building.
VR is included in every session at no extra cost, along with full motion and multiplayer.
