No, none at all. Our team gets you set up, walks you through the wheel and pedals and picks a car that is easy to drive. Within a couple of laps you are racing on your own.
The whole seat moves with the car. You feel the kerbs, the braking and the back end stepping out, so your body reads the car like it would on a real track.
You pull on a headset and the room disappears. You are sitting in the cockpit, looking into the corner and checking your mirrors. Paired with full motion it is about as close to a real car as you can get.
Sessions start at $40 for 30 minutes, $80 for an hour, $120 for 90 minutes and $160 for two hours. One rate covers full motion, VR and multiplayer. Times and any current deals are on the booking page.
We have four rigs, so up to four race head to head at the same time. If your group is bigger, the rest rotate through between races, so everyone gets plenty of seat time.
